1 Market To Your Existing Customers – This may sound super elementary, but many business owners don’t do this on a regular basis. The first thing you’re going to need to have is a database of your current customers and a list of the products or services they’ve purchased from you. Once you know the customer’s interests or needs, you can go back to them and offer additional products or services.
2 Create A Formal Referral System – Many businesses sleep on this simple way to scale their business, but a referral system does the work so you don’t have to. It allows you to cast a wider net and attract more business. The referral system can come in many forms such as:

- Simple referral system – where you ask people to share your link as a courtesy or for remuneration
- Use an affiliate platform – like ClickBank to sell your products or services
3 Add New Products or Services – You can scale your business by adding new products or services to complement your current products or services or to create new opportunities outside of your current vertical.
