Then you put them in your sales funnel to sell them your online course.
Service business – you sell mortgages and focus on first-time homebuyers. Your lead magnet is a pdf titled “How to get mortgage ready – 7 steps.” The self-liquidating offer is your credit monitoring service that costs $14.95 per month. One of the seven steps in your book is the importance of credit monitoring. Then you put them in your funnel to sell them a mortgage where you’ll make thousands of dollars.
